Wooden Bar Stool Mod.

My local Ace Hardware store was having a sale on the wooden bar stools pictured below. I needed  2 stools for my kitchen, but I have been holding out for something ultra modern. The $13.00 price tag was appealing so I decided to make the purchase. Since the stools did not match my decor, I decided to modify them. I sprayed painted them cobalt blue (my favorite color). I used Rust-Oleum 11 Oz. Gloss Metallic Cobalt Blue Rust Preventive Aerosol Paint to get a high gloss finish. I had some botanical images left over from another project so I decoupaged them to the seats using Envirotex Lite Pour On High Gloss Finish.

BTW, I got the Envirotex several years ago when Rag shop was having their going out of business sale. I paid $2.00
